Designed and conducted a mixed‑methods evaluation across six localities, completing 35 key informant interviews and 12 focus group discussions with communities, government and NGO stakeholders. Engaged more than 150 government, NGO and community actors in participatory assessment and validation workshops to ensure findings reflected community priorities. Produced a 60‑page technical report adopted as a foundational resource by the GBV coordination working group. Designed and implemented a community feedback mechanism that processed 150+ concerns and complaints with documented resolutions. Established and strengthened eight community‑based Child Protection Committees, promoting sustained community ownership. Coordinated directly with UNHCR, UNICEF and government ministries to align humanitarian response activities.
