Outdoor Marketing Officer

About the role

Aleel Real Estate is seeking an energetic and target‑oriented Outdoor Marketing Officer to promote its property portfolio directly in the field. The role involves generating leads, arranging property visits, and building strong relationships with potential buyers, tenants, and investors across Hargeisa.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Aleel Real Estate properties through outdoor and field marketing activities.
• Identify and approach potential buyers, tenants, investors, and business clients.
• Generate new property leads and maintain a robust customer pipeline.
• Conduct property visits and introduce clients to available projects.
• Visit neighborhoods, businesses, and community hubs to uncover potential customers.
• Follow up regularly with leads and potential clients.
• Collect and report market information, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with Operations and Site teams for property visit logistics.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and marketing activities.
• Prepare regular reports on outdoor marketing results.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, Sales or related field.
• Previous experience in real estate, outdoor marketing, sales or customer relations is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident when approaching new people.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Good knowledge of Hargeisa and its neighborhoods.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in the field.
• Target‑oriented with strong follow‑up skills.
• Good organizational and reporting capabilities.
• Willingness to travel around Hargeisa for field activities.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of social media marketing.
