Remote Survey Enumerator – Phone Interviewer

About the role

As a Survey Enumerator (Phone Interviewer) you will conduct phone surveys with customers and beneficiaries of our clients' products and services. Working remotely, you will collaborate with 60 Decibels' research project teams to deliver high‑quality insights while following strict data‑integrity protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in onboarding calls to understand project context and target respondents.
• Conduct phone interviews, ensuring you reach the correct respondents listed on contact sheets.
• Explain survey objectives clearly, answer questions, and achieve daily survey targets.
• Enter respondents' answers verbatim into the 60dB platform in English.
• Provide regular progress updates and raise any issues with the project team.
• Review and act on quality‑check feedback within agreed timelines.
• Maintain data privacy and avoid any falsification of records.

Required profile

• Previous experience in data collection, market research, or as an enumerator (highly preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills, able to work independently.
• Ability to build rapport with respondents from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Meticulous attention to detail for accurate data entry.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
