SEO/SEM Specialist – Drive Organic Traffic & Paid Campaigns

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven SEO/SEM Specialist to lead both organic search optimization and paid search campaigns. You will shape our keyword strategy, improve site visibility, and manage PPC budgets to maximize ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Perform ongoing keyword research, discovery, expansion, and optimization to drive organic traffic.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, landing pages, and site structure for SEO and user experience.
• Conduct regular technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, broken links) and coordinate fixes with developers.
• Launch, monitor, and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Develop and execute link‑building strategies to increase domain authority.
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics (GA4), PPC initiatives, and SEO performance metrics.
• Research competitor advertising, keyword strategies, and overall search presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience as an SEO/SEM Specialist with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Strong understanding of current search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and AI‑driven search trends.
• Reliable internet connection with backup supply for uninterrupted work.
