Project Manager – Fleet Repair & Maintenance

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate a large‑scale fleet repair, maintenance and fleet management services contract across multiple locations. You will ensure effective implementation of contractual requirements, oversee operational teams and deliver services on schedule and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership, coordination and management of fleet management, vehicle/equipment maintenance and operational support activities.
• Oversee implementation of contractual requirements, approved Task Orders, schedules, specifications and KPIs.
• Coordinate workforce mobilization and deployment, ensuring required personnel and resources are available.
• Monitor project schedules, operational performance and service‑delivery across locations.
• Manage risks, business continuity, and corrective actions for non‑conformances.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Contracts Management, Fleet Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, fleet management, contract management, operations or maintenance management.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Experience with large‑scale contracts of comparable size and scope.
