About the role
Join a leading European travel‑tech platform as a Remote Croatian Pre‑Sales Representative. You will engage homeowners, introduce partnership opportunities, and guide them through the early qualification process for vacation‑rental management.
Key responsibilities
- Contact homeowners from client‑provided databases and marketing‑generated leads.
- Conduct pre‑qualification calls, asking about property details, licensing, pricing, and availability.
- Accurately record and update lead information in CRM systems.
- Assign qualified leads to Sales Managers for follow‑up and conversion.
- Maintain detailed interaction logs and collaborate closely with the Sales Team for smooth hand‑overs.
Required profile
- Fluent Croatian (C2) and strong English communication skills.
- Experience in call‑center environments, sales support, lead qualification, or customer service.
- Comfortable handling both warm and cold outreach calls.
- Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage CRM databases.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a team.
Required skills
- Aircall – cloud‑based calling platform.
- Pipedrive CRM – lead and pipeline management.
