Social Media Manager / Content Creator

About the role

We are seeking a creative, results‑driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator to boost our brand’s digital presence. Working remotely, you will act as a digital storyteller, planning, producing and publishing engaging multimedia content that drives audience growth and interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with brand objectives.
• Film, photograph and edit high‑quality videos and static posts using a smartphone or professional camera.
• Create reels, TikToks and other short‑form videos with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere or Canva.
• Monitor all social channels, respond to comments and direct messages, and nurture community engagement.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and deliver monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Stay current on platform algorithms, trends and viral audio to keep content relevant.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator or similar digital‑marketing role, with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent written and spoken English and strong storytelling ability.
• Self‑sufficient infrastructure: reliable high‑speed internet and an alternative power supply (inverter, generator or solar).
• Own a high‑performance laptop capable of running editing software and a smartphone with a quality camera.
