About the role

Samsung Electronics is seeking a Business Leader to drive the Consumer Electronics and Mobile Experience business in Somalia. The role will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and implementing the company’s strategic vision across all distribution channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategic plans for consumer electronics and mobile products in Somalia.
• Manage the Somalia business budget, forecast resources, and align plans with corporate objectives.
• Introduce new Samsung products to the market according to strategic direction.
• Achieve sell‑in and sell‑out targets, increase market share, and maintain Samsung’s competitive advantage.
• Oversee distributor, channel, and field‑force relationships, including MOUs, pricing, and supply‑chain management.
• Lead channel partner conferences and provide market intelligence, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
• Drive process and system improvements to enhance operational quality and efficiency.
• Prepare regular management reports and ensure financial controls are in place.
