Business Reporting Associate Analyst – 1 Year Contract

About the role

BASF is seeking a Business Reporting Associate Analyst on a one‑year contract to provide reporting services for internal customers across the Asia Pacific region. The role supports accurate, timely financial information and helps stakeholders gain transparency into business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver business reporting services in line with BASF’s processes, policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain master data for material ledger, inventory valuation, production planning budgets, intra‑company transfer pricing, cost‑center accounting, fixed assets and project accounting.
• Calculate standard and actual material prices each month, ensuring correct stock valuation.
• Perform estimation and year‑end inventory valuation following group guidelines.
• Support and back‑up other analysts in business reporting tasks as needed.
