Customer Service Officer – Care Chemicals (Mandarin Speaking)

About the role

The Customer Service Officer for Care Chemicals will ensure accurate and timely execution of end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) processes while providing professional support to Mandarin‑speaking customers. The role collaborates closely with internal teams to maintain high service quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and process sales orders in SAP, monitor order status, delivery progress, and invoice status, and coordinate with planners, logistics, and supply units.
• Communicate delivery updates, order changes, and exceptions to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Handle returns, credit notes, debit notes, and other exceptional order scenarios according to procedures.
• Act as the primary contact for customer enquiries, ensuring timely, solution‑oriented communication and supporting long‑term relationships.
• Prepare and verify order‑related and shipping documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and trade regulations.
• Register and manage customer complaints in the NCM system, coordinating with Quality, Logistics, Sales, and Finance to resolve issues and follow up with corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar operational roles.
• Fluent Mandarin speaking ability.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SAP.
• Experience using the NCM complaint management system.
