Data Operations Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Data Operations Analyst to ensure smooth handling, quality, and management of operational data for AI, ML, and business intelligence projects. The role will monitor, validate, and optimise data pipelines and workflows, supporting data and AI teams in delivering reliable datasets.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage data pipelines and workflow processes.
• Validate data quality and integrity at each processing stage.
• Prepare and analyse datasets for AI and analytics teams.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve data inconsistencies and errors.
• Generate reports on data‑operations metrics and quality KPIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise data handling procedures.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of operational workflows and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics or Mathematics.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience in data operations, analytics or pipeline management.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Data Fundamentals, ETL training) are a plus.
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple operational tasks.
