Events Decorator – Join Our Creative Team

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Events Decorators to bring client visions to life across a variety of occasions. You will work on-site, transforming venues into memorable spaces while collaborating with planners and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute décor setups based on client briefs, themes, and colour schemes.
• Select and arrange flowers, balloons, lighting, centrepieces, drapery, props and other decorative elements.
• Set up and dismantle décor within scheduled timelines, ensuring safe handling and storage of materials.
• Supervise placement of furniture, lighting, floral arrangements and decorative structures.
• Inspect setups for quality, make on‑site adjustments, and maintain consistency across events.
• Coordinate with event planners, clients and team members to communicate design choices and progress.
• Handle décor inventory, monitor stock levels and report shortages.
• Follow health and safety procedures during installation, especially when working at height.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent in Event Management, Interior Design or related field.
• At least 24 months of hands‑on experience in event décor or similar creative roles.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing client needs.
• Strong eye for detail and commitment to high‑quality presentation.
