HSE Supervisor (Tier 2) – Baledogle

About the role

Fluor is seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor (Tier 2) to lead health, safety and environmental activities at the Baledogle site. The role involves overseeing HSE programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting project teams to maintain a safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise implementation of HSE policies, procedures and personnel within the assigned area of responsibility.
• Provide HSE support to project and functional management, conducting audits, risk assessments and investigations.
• Plan, execute and manage the project HSE department functions, maintaining records and regulatory reports.
• Identify and manage risks, report incidents, conduct investigations and drive waste minimisation and pollution prevention.
• Ensure compliance with military and international standards (e.g., AR 385‑63, DoDI 3200.16, DoD 4715.05‑G).
• Perform other HSE‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum six (6) years of HSE experience in a similar environment.
• Ability to read, write and speak English at an intermediate level.
• Authorization to work in the country of assignment.
• Professional safety certification preferred (CSP, NEBOSH Diploma, OHST, CHST, etc.).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong computer skills, including email and specialized HSE software.
