About the role

The Infrastructure & Network Supervisor will oversee the design, implementation, operation and maintenance of the bank’s complete IT infrastructure and enterprise network. This senior position ensures high availability, scalability, security and performance across core banking systems, digital channels, payment platforms and branch connectivity.

Key responsibilities

Plan, design and manage physical and virtual server environments (Windows and Linux) and storage solutions.
Lead network engineering for LAN, WAN, SD‑WAN, VPN, MPLS, wireless and data‑center networking, including configuration of routers, switches, firewalls and load balancers.
Maintain data‑center operations such as rack, power, cooling, cabling standards and capacity planning.
Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, certificate services and endpoint infrastructure.
Implement and monitor cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, AWS) covering security, identity, virtual machines, backup, disaster recovery and cost optimisation.
Support core banking, mobile, internet banking, ATM, payment gateway and related systems, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and international standards.
Oversee patch management, security hardening, performance tuning and lifecycle management of all infrastructure components.

Required profile

Proven experience managing enterprise‑wide IT infrastructure and complex banking networks.
Strong understanding of banking regulatory requirements and international IT standards.
