IT Infrastructure Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of our enterprise IT environment. The successful candidate will ensure that all systems, networks, and cloud services operate reliably, securely, and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deploy, and maintain servers, networks, storage, and cloud platforms.
• Guarantee high availability, performance, and security across all IT assets.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Manage backup strategies, disaster‑recovery plans, and business‑continuity processes.
• Oversee hardware and software installations, upgrades, and routine maintenance.
• Enforce IT policies, standards, and security protocols.
• Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams.
• Lead and mentor the IT support staff and technical specialists.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration.
• Proven ability to manage complex network and server environments.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
