Logistics Coordinator (Tier 4) – BMA

About the role

Fluor is seeking a Logistics Coordinator (Tier 4) to manage logistics operations within an assigned area of responsibility. The role supports material tracking, transportation coordination, and client services at the project level, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics functions, including material requisitions, order status updates, and transportation scheduling.
• Maintain accurate records of customer orders, backorders, consignment inventory, import shipments, and delivery details.
• Minimize demurrage and detention costs and provide guidance to less‑experienced personnel.
• Evaluate and improve logistics processes to increase efficiency and customer value.
• Manage Class VIII medical supplies and equipment, coordinating with healthcare providers and tracking inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations such as TB MED 530, OSHA 1910.1200, and applicable AR and Supply Bulletin standards.
• Coordinate calibration of equipment as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of four years of logistics or supply‑chain experience.
• Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and any specialized logistics applications.
• Intermediate English reading, writing, and speaking abilities.
