Marketing Specialist – B2B Engineering

About the role

Garrison Engineering Private Limited (GEPL) is looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to own the brand narrative, boost B2B visibility, and execute modern marketing frameworks for its engineering solutions. You will work closely with technical teams to translate complex solutions into compelling content that drives leads and supports the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise multi‑channel B2B campaigns across digital, print and event formats.
• Manage the company’s digital footprint, including social media, website SEO, and email marketing.
• Collaborate with engineers to create whitepapers, case studies, blogs, and promotional videos.
• Analyse performance metrics such as CAC and ROAS to identify new market segments.
• Organise webinars, industrial expos and maintain media relationships to strengthen industry authority.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or a related field.
• 1–3 years of corporate or digital marketing experience, preferably in an industrial or engineering environment.
• Strong analytical mindset combined with creative storytelling ability.
• High emotional intelligence, collaborative spirit and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
