Movement Control Coordinator (Tier 2) – Baledogle

About the role

The Movement Control Coordinator (Tier 2) supports the planning and execution of ground and air transportation missions within the assigned area of responsibility at the Baledogle site. The role ensures accurate documentation, coordinates with military personnel, and provides essential customer service for passengers and cargo.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate movement control operations for ground and air missions, including passenger terminals and truck yards.
• Prepare and maintain movement logs, passenger manifests, cargo movement logs, and daily mission logs.
• Communicate flight and transport rules, schedules, routes, delays, safety requirements, and baggage limitations to internal and external customers.
• Assist military personnel with flight and mission scheduling, manifesting, and escort coordination.
• Perform basic maintenance and stocking of terminals, yards, and checkpoints to meet customer needs.
• Provide data entry for Automated Information Systems (AIS) and handle documentation such as bills of lading.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent, or comparable education and experience.
• Four to seven years of related logistics or transportation experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English at an intermediate level.
• Physical ability to perform job functions safely and comply with health, safety, and security requirements.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (10K & 30K capacity).
