Movement Control Coordinator (Tier 2)

About the role

The Movement Control Coordinator (Tier 2) supports Fluor’s logistics operations in the Baledogle area, overseeing both air and ground transportation missions. You will work closely with military personnel to ensure safe, efficient movement of personnel and cargo.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate movement control operations for air and ground missions within the assigned area of responsibility.
• Maintain movement logs, passenger manifests, cargo movement logs, and daily mission logs.
• Provide flight and transportation information to internal and external customers, including schedules, routes, safety requirements, and baggage limits.
• Assist military personnel with flight/mission scheduling and manifest preparation.
• Perform basic maintenance and stocking at passenger terminals, truck yards, and checkpoints.
• Escort passengers to and from aircraft and ensure they are cleared to fly.
• Handle personal property counseling, bill of lading completion, emergency leave processing, and temporary storage arrangements.
• Supply data to Automated Information Systems (AIS) as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent (or comparable education/experience).
• 4–7 years of related logistics or transportation experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Ability to operate 10K and 30K forklifts safely.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (10K & 30K capacity).
