Officer / Senior Officer, Order Management (Mandarin Speaker)

About the role

The Officer / Senior Officer in Order Management will ensure end‑to‑end delivery of customer orders, coordinating logistics, finance and sales functions. The role focuses on maintaining business continuity, improving service levels and supporting safe operations while communicating with customers in Mandarin.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete daily order process, from sales order creation and purchase order transaction to order release.
• Coordinate delivery schedules, create delivery and shipment orders, arrange transportation and oversee billing and invoice management.
• Collect required documents, perform month‑end reconciliation and handle import/export coordination.
• Monitor shipping status for overseas supplies, escalate issues to ensure on‑time fulfillment, and capture market intelligence related to the supply chain.
• Provide high‑quality service to customers, manage complaints and non‑conformance material (NCM) processes, and escalate critical NCMs when needed.
• Ensure operational compliance with internal standards and local regulations, reporting concerns to the Supply Chain Manager.
• Identify and propose efficiency improvements using digital tools and creative ideas.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in order‑to‑order processes.
• Fluent Mandarin speaking and writing skills.
• Strong collaboration abilities across internal and external stakeholders.
