About the role
The Operator, Packaging II is responsible for ensuring smooth and safe packaging operations within the production environment. Working on alternating shifts, the role follows instructions from the Production Supervisor and adheres to strict environmental, health, and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Comply with company EHS policies, ISO 14001 requirements, and SOPs for safety, environment, and occupational health.
- Prepare and verify sufficient packaging materials (bags, labels, pallets, trays) for each product run, ensuring they are clean and uncontaminated.
- Conduct briefings for packaging personnel and monitor label systems for proper operation.
- Operate packaging equipment such as Auto Packaging, Big Bag Station, and Semi‑Auto Sealing Machine, following process sheets and quality control points.
- Perform routine production activities, troubleshoot equipment issues, and report abnormalities to the Production Supervisor.
- Execute line flushing and cleaning during product changeovers and manage drained material labeling and return.
- Maintain weekly records of stock levels for materials, tools, and PPE.

- Willingness to work on alternating shifts in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong commitment to safety, environmental protection, and quality standards.
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and report any irregularities promptly.

- Operation of Auto Packaging machines.
