Senior Customer Service Officer – Care Chemicals (Thai Speaking)

About the role

The Senior Customer Service Officer will be responsible for end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) processes within the Care Chemicals business unit. This role requires fluent Thai language skills and focuses on delivering professional, timely service to assigned customers while supporting business continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain and process sales orders in SAP, including order changes and completions.
• Monitor order, delivery and invoice status, coordinating with planners, logistics and supply units to meet KPIs.
• Communicate delivery updates, order changes and exceptions to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Handle returns, credit notes, debit notes and other exceptional order scenarios according to procedures.
• Act as primary contact for customer enquiries, requests and service‑related issues.
• Coordinate closely with Sales to align on customer priorities and service expectations.
• Prepare and verify order‑related and shipping documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and trade regulations.
• Register and manage customer complaints in the NCM system, working with Quality, Logistics, Sales and Finance to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Order‑to‑Cash or customer service operations, preferably in a chemical or industrial environment.
• Fluent Thai language skills (spoken and written) and strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and maintain high service quality.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with customers and cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP for order management.
• Experience with complaint management systems (e.g., NCM).
