About the role

The BRCiS Consortium Senior Data Analyst Coordinator will provide robust evidence to support informed decision‑making across the consortium’s humanitarian programmes. This senior technical position focuses on designing data collection tools, ensuring data quality, conducting sophisticated analysis, and delivering clear, actionable reports.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the analysis of complex monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) data to generate insights and strategic recommendations.
• Design and implement data collection instruments and ensure high data integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Produce analytical reports and narratives that translate findings into concrete programme improvements.
• Collaborate closely with the Consortium Management Unit, consortium members and BRCiS stakeholders to build analytical capacity and maintain data systems.
• Develop and maintain analytical frameworks, tools and procedures aligned with consortium objectives.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in data analysis, monitoring, evaluation and learning within humanitarian or development contexts.
• Proven ability to work with multi‑stakeholder teams and to communicate complex findings clearly.
• Strong understanding of evidence‑generation processes and data quality assurance.
• Senior‑level expertise with a track record of delivering actionable insights for programme improvement.
