Senior Executive, Process & Service Optimization

About the role

The Senior Executive, Process & Service Optimization will lead continuous‑improvement initiatives across logistics and supply‑chain operations for Global Business Services and Overseas Delivery Services. Working closely with regional and global stakeholders, the role ensures stable, efficient and scalable processes that enhance service reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse end‑to‑end logistics and operational processes to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Drive harmonisation and standardisation of processes across GOS, ODS and other service units.
• Support service‑recovery actions and develop corrective/preventive plans to boost customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the design of service‑management frameworks and operational governance models.
• Lead workshops, process reviews and improvement discussions with internal and external partners.
• Provide operational insights for regional and global initiatives.
• Coordinate change‑management activities linked to process or service enhancements.
• Promote best practices and lessons learned across the operations community.
• Participate in system enhancements, UAT activities and implementation of digital or analytical tools.
• Collaborate with IT and system owners to embed operational requirements into system designs.
• Support audit activities related to processes and services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply‑chain management, logistics, business administration or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in logistics operations, process improvement or related functions.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and drive change.
