Senior Officer – Order to Cash (Japanese Speaker)

About the role

The Senior Officer – Order to Cash (Japanese Speaker) will ensure smooth order processing, act as the main interface with customers, and drive improvements across the supply‑chain and finance functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end order processing, including master data maintenance and order entry in SAP.
• Communicate order status, product availability and delivery tracking to Japanese‑speaking customers.
• Place replenishment purchase orders, monitor delivery schedules and support sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with credit management, billing and accounts receivable teams; issue tax invoices and follow‑up month‑end closing.
• Handle customer complaints via the company’s Non‑Conformance Management system, providing updates and corrective actions.
• Capture market intelligence and customer feedback, sharing insights with the business.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations; report issues to the Supply Chain Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in an international environment, preferably in the chemical industry.
• Strong Japanese language proficiency.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with ERP systems, especially SAP.
• Data analysis capabilities using standard office tools.
