Support & Performance Management Executive (OVM)

About the role

This position is responsible for performance and service reporting within the Global Operations Support unit, ensuring a high level of performance and continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Run data extracts from BASF systems and databases on regular intervals to support business needs and crisis management.
• Validate data accuracy and enrich data to enable generation of performance reports.
• Provide monthly KPI reporting and other data analyses to support smooth operation of the Global Operations Support unit.
• Collaborate with local and regional teams to ensure consistent performance reporting across all operations.
• Support continuous‑improvement and digitalisation projects by conducting detailed data and performance analytics.
• Coordinate regular meetings of various groups and ensure timely follow‑up on outstanding action items.
• Participate in ODS operational meetings to share updates from internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experience in extracting, validating and analysing data for reporting purposes.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑regional teams and ensure consistent KPI reporting.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate meetings and follow‑up on action items.
• Focus on continuous improvement and digitalisation initiatives.
