Account Manager

About the role

Qaran Hospital, the largest private health facility in Puntland, is seeking a full‑time Account Manager to be based on‑site in Garoowe. The role focuses on managing partner accounts, ensuring smooth delivery of health services, and strengthening relationships with NGOs, donors, and community organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner organisations and stakeholders.
• Oversee client accounts, monitor performance, and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Prepare and present financial reports, interpret data, and track budget utilisation for health campaigns.
• Coordinate resources and logistics for fixed and mobile health service initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for service improvement and drive client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure financial accountability.

Required profile

• Strong account‑management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or similar environments is an advantage.
• Knowledge of community health initiatives in low‑resource settings is preferred.
• Relevant degree in Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
