About the role
TalentWorldGroup is looking for a Croatian‑speaking Pre‑Sales Representative to join a leading European travel‑tech platform. In this remote freelance role you will engage homeowners, qualify their vacation‑rental properties and hand over qualified leads to the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Contact homeowners from client‑provided databases and marketing‑generated leads.
- Conduct pre‑qualification calls, asking about property details, licensing, pricing and availability.
- Maintain accurate lead information in CRM systems and assign qualified prospects to Sales Managers.
- Record interactions and follow‑ups diligently.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to ensure smooth handover of leads.
Required profile
- Fluent Croatian (C2) and strong English communication skills.
- Experience in call‑center environments, sales support, lead qualification or customer service.
- Comfortable making both warm and cold outreach calls.
- Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage CRM databases.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Required skills
- Aircall – cloud‑based calling platform.
- Pipedrive CRM – lead and pipeline management.
- Internal dashboards and workflow systems.
- General CRM system usage.
