Mobile Phone Technician – Device Repair

About the role

We are looking for a Mobile Phone Technician to join our team in Garowe, Puntland. The role involves diagnosing and repairing a wide range of mobile devices and related equipment, ensuring high-quality service for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Receive customer devices, assess faults, and provide repair estimates.
• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on Android and iOS devices, including screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, and motherboards.
• Perform data recovery, operating system reinstallation, device unlocking and configuration.
• Repair PCs and laptops, handling hardware replacements and OS troubleshooting (preferred).
• Service and maintain inkjet and laser printers (preferred).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
• Log received and completed repair jobs.
• Interact with customers politely and professionally.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on mobile phone repair experience.
• Ability to diagnose and repair both Android and iOS devices.
• Strong problem‑solving and diagnostic skills.
• Capability to work independently and manage multiple repairs simultaneously.
• Honest, detail‑oriented, and punctual.
