Operational Officer, Procurement Operations & Process Excellence

About the role

We are looking for an Operational Officer to drive procurement operations and process excellence within our supply chain function. The role ensures the purchase-to-pay process runs smoothly, supports internal stakeholders and contributes to automation and compliance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and monitor the end-to-end purchase-to-pay cycle, from requisition processing to order confirmation.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Supply Chain and Lab to enforce procurement guidelines.
• Steer buying channel usage toward higher automation and ensure compliance with quality and documentation standards.
• Handle exceptions, maintain master data, and collect required certificates and documents.
• Train stakeholders on procurement platforms and support the rollout of procurement strategies.
• Coordinate non-conformity investigations with internal and external partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum three years of experience in procurement, sales or supply-chain functions.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Service-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and globally.
• Open-minded and eager to take on challenging tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Experience with SAP purchase-to-pay module (preferred).
