Retail Banking Agent – Customer Acquisition & Deposit Mobilization

About the role

Bulsho Development Bank is looking for energetic and target‑driven Retail Banking Agents to expand its customer base and drive deposit growth. You will act as the face of the bank, promoting products and services to a diverse range of clients while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and market the bank’s retail products to individuals, businesses, youth groups, women’s associations, NGOs and other target segments.
• Acquire new customers and support onboarding in compliance with KYC requirements.
• Open and fund customer accounts (CIFs) following approved procedures.
• Mobilize deposits and grow the branch’s customer portfolio.
• Identify and onboard high‑value clients.
• Deliver marketing messages and raise awareness of bank services.
• Collect market intelligence, customer feedback and competitor information.
• Report weekly activity and sales performance to the Branch Manager.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and bank information and adhere to all policies and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
• Previous sales or marketing experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and professional demeanor.
• Good ethics, honesty and ability to build relationships with diverse customer groups.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to provide a guarantor and meet security‑clearance requirements.

Required skills

• Basic computer knowledge – MS Office and internet usage.
