Senior Sales Property Consultant

About the role

The Senior Sales Property Consultant will work full‑time on‑site, managing the complete sales cycle for residential and mixed‑use projects. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospects, guiding them from initial interest through to closing while representing Modon Developments’ brand and values.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads, conduct property viewings, and present project features.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate terms, and support clients through documentation and closing procedures.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and follow up with prospects regularly.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless client experience.
• Monitor local market trends and competitive offerings to inform sales strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property sales or real‑estate consulting, preferably in residential or mixed‑use developments.
• Strong client relationship management, communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Solid understanding of real‑estate market dynamics, pricing strategies and basic property valuation.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools for tracking leads and preparing reports.
• Ability to work on‑site in October, meet deadlines and handle multiple client interactions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ethical, customer‑focused approach with a commitment to inclusive client interactions.
