Space Knowledge & Communications Expert (Non-Key)

About the role

NTU International is preparing a proposal for the “Support to the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme – AESPP Boost”. The project aims to strengthen cooperation between Africa and the EU in the space sector. In this context, we are looking for a Non‑Key Expert – Space Knowledge & Communications Expert to support knowledge management, editorial production, communication, visibility and digital knowledge platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage knowledge assets and produce editorial content for the Africa‑EU space partnership.
• Develop and maintain digital knowledge platforms and ensure visibility of policy and technical outputs.
• Prepare case studies, policy briefs and EU‑compliant visibility material.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three years) in communication, journalism, knowledge management, information science or related field.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in communication, editorial production or knowledge management.
• Minimum 1 year experience producing knowledge or communication products for donor‑funded or institutional programmes, including policy and technical content.
• Experience in space or STI sector is an asset.
