Experienced Urologist – International Recruitment

About the role

We are seeking a highly qualified Urologist to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive urological care, perform advanced surgical procedures, and collaborate closely with other specialties.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage urinary tract diseases, prostate conditions, renal stones, hematuria, retention, male infertility, erectile dysfunction, infections, and malignancies.
• Perform endoscopic and open surgical procedures, including cystoscopy, TURP, TURBT, ureteroscopy, DJ stenting, lithotripsy, emergency scrotal exploration, and suprapubic catheterisation.
• Provide peri‑operative care, postoperative follow‑up, and catheter or stoma management.
• Utilise imaging modalities for diagnosis and guide emergency urology decisions.
• Document clinical findings accurately and coordinate care with nephrology, radiology, anaesthesia, ICU, emergency, and nursing teams.

Required profile

• MBBS/MD or equivalent with postgraduate specialist qualification in Urology (e.g., MS Surgery + MCh Urology, DNB Urology, FRCS Urology, Arab Board, Fellowship).
• Valid specialist/consultant licence or eligibility.
• Minimum of 7 years post‑qualification experience with independent surgical practice.
• Preferred additional fellowship or advanced training in endourology, laparoscopy, uro‑oncology, reconstructive, paediatric, renal stone, or transplant urology.
