Partner Relationship Manager

About the role

JustMarkets is seeking a Partner Relationship Manager to strengthen its regional partner network. You will be responsible for nurturing existing relationships, acquiring new partners, and driving business growth while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and onboard new partners while expanding relationships with existing ones.
• Serve as the primary contact for partners, addressing needs, resolving issues, and supporting their business objectives.
• Ensure partners operate within company, regulatory, and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and events to develop market development strategies.
• Represent JustMarkets at industry events, including expos, conventions, training sessions, and seminars.
• Provide strategic insights to retain partners and help them achieve higher performance.
• Meet and exceed KPIs focused on trading volume, churn reduction, and overall business growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in partnership management or business development within the financial services industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage effectively with partners.
• Proven sales and business development track record in a competitive market.
• In‑depth knowledge of financial services regulatory requirements.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced global environment with multicultural interactions.
• Fluency in English, Arabic and Somali; additional languages are a plus.
