Food Services Warehouseman – Tier 4

About the role

The Food Services Warehouseman supports the storage, control, and distribution of food service materials, consumables, and supplies. This onsite position ensures that all items are handled according to safety and quality standards while maintaining an organized and clean warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review work orders to identify items or containers to be moved and determine their destination.
• Receive, store, and distribute material as directed, updating records to reflect movement.
• Count, weigh, and record quantities of material received, transported, or on‑hand.
• Handle, transport, and store material in compliance with temperature, storage, and handling requirements.
• Interpret labels, tags, and container markings to ensure correct handling.
• Rotate stock to maintain proper allocation and freshness.
• Operate equipment and tools needed for material handling tasks.
• Perform general labor duties and keep the facility clean and safe.
• Follow applicable safety regulations (TB MED 530, OSHA 1910.1200) and any additional assigned duties.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent, or comparable education/experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of related experience in material handling or warehouse operations.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English at an intermediate level.
• Physical ability to perform warehouse tasks safely.
• Authorization to work in the country of employment.
