Branch Manager – Burao

About the role

The Branch Manager will lead the Burao branch of Ileys Enterprises, overseeing daily operations, sales, distribution and customer service. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures product availability, timely deliveries and alignment with the company’s vision for the East African market.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and develop branch staff, fostering a high‑performance team.
• Coordinate production schedules and inventory levels with the factory to meet demand.
• Monitor financial performance, prepare regular reports and drive profitability.
• Implement strategies to increase market share and branch revenue.
• Enforce company policies, health‑safety and quality standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors and partners.
• Support marketing initiatives promoting Ileys products locally and regionally.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and people‑management experience in a commercial or industrial setting.
• Strong organizational and process‑improvement abilities.
• Background in FMCG, manufacturing or related sectors is an advantage.
• Financial literacy with budgeting and basic accounting knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or equivalent experience.
