About the role

PureMaydi is seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer to lead its global luxury branding and sales efforts. Based in Mogadishu, you will shape the marketing strategy for premium wild‑harvested frankincense, driving growth while upholding sustainability and ethical sourcing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the luxury market.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Plan and launch marketing initiatives, campaigns, and product positioning.
• Lead the marketing team, overseeing campaign management and performance tracking.
• Build and maintain strong public‑relations channels with key stakeholders.
• Design and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Strengthen PureMaydi’s presence in the global luxury goods sector.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in market planning and research.
• Experience in public relations and stakeholder communication.
• Strong background in marketing management and team leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of sustainable and ethical business practices (advantage).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred.
