About the role

Wellbees is seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to deliver online counselling services to employees of its corporate clients. This freelance, appointment‑based position allows you to work remotely while contributing to employee wellbeing across multiple organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 40‑minute video counselling sessions to employees via the Wellbees platform.
• Assess client needs and tailor interventions accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure coordinated support.
• Maintain accurate session records and complete required documentation.
• Adhere to confidentiality standards and safety protocols.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology.
• Minimum three years of professional experience in clinical or corporate mental‑health settings.
• Strong professional and corporate communication skills.
• Ability to work independently on an appointment basis and issue invoices.
• Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet access.
