About the role

Kalkaal Hospital is seeking an experienced Consultant Urologist to join its specialist medical team in Mogadishu. The role involves delivering high‑quality urological care, performing advanced procedures, and contributing to multidisciplinary case management. Immediate start is preferred, aligning with the hospital’s commitment to excellence in surgical and clinical specialties.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, treat, and manage a broad spectrum of urological conditions.
• Perform advanced urological surgeries and procedures while maintaining high clinical standards.
• Provide comprehensive patient evaluation, develop treatment plans, and ensure thorough follow‑up care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on complex cases to optimise outcomes.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at improving clinical quality, patient safety, and overall healthcare performance.

Required profile

• Medical degree with recognised specialisation in Urology.
• Consultant‑level qualification in Urology and a valid medical licence.
• Proven clinical and surgical experience as a Consultant Urologist.
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
