Customer Service Specialist – French Speaker (Remote)

About the role

TalentWorldGroup is seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Service Specialist to join its remote call‑center team. The role supports a high‑quality, home‑based project in the online travel industry, handling inbound and outbound interactions for a booking platform.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound customer service calls, managing multiple cases simultaneously.
• Provide first‑level assistance for modifications, cancellations, deposit claims and escalated complaints.
• Log, classify and follow up on all interactions, maintaining accurate call histories and resolutions.
• Analyze call data, share customer feedback and stay updated on platform changes.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams through clear, documented communication.

Required profile

• Professional‑level French (C2) and fluent English.
• Proven customer service experience, preferably in the online travel sector.
• Ability to multitask between live calls and case handling under pressure.
• Solid computer literacy and experience working online.
• Availability to work CET hours, including mandatory weekend shifts.

Required skills

• Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Familiarity with Slack for team collaboration.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and standard office tools.
• Comfort with Windows 11 or macOS 14 operating systems.
• Use of a wired USB headset and stable broadband internet connection.
