Motion Graphics Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Motion Graphics Designer to transform ideas into dynamic visual content. Working remotely, you will collaborate with our creative, marketing, and video teams to produce animations, explainer videos, and social media assets that strengthen our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Convert static designs, scripts, and storyboards into engaging motion graphics, kinetic typography, and animations.
• Edit and enhance raw video footage with visual effects, transitions, overlays, sound design, and color grading.
• Create visual assets for digital channels such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, web, and email campaigns.
• Partner with creative directors, copywriters, and marketers to iterate designs and incorporate feedback.
• Organize and maintain a library of reusable motion templates and project files.
• Ensure all motion deliverables follow brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, Video Editor, or similar role with a strong portfolio.
• Expert‑level proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro (or comparable NLE).
• Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, visual hierarchy, pacing, and typography.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a workstation capable of handling heavy design and rendering tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting ideas and handling feedback.
