Preschool Teacher

LLE Education Group is seeking an enthusiastic Lead Preschool Teacher to inspire young learners and foster a nurturing classroom environment. This role offers the chance to make a positive impact on children’s early development while collaborating with a supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Create, design, and implement engaging lesson plans.
• Manage students throughout learning, play, meals, and rest periods.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom.
• Observe children’s interests and collaborate with staff to develop a dynamic curriculum.
• Communicate daily with parents about their child’s progress via apps and conversations.

Required profile

• Passion for early childhood education.
• Highly reliable and dependable.
• Fun, engaging, patient, and flexible.
• Minimum 1 year of field‑related experience.
• CDA or ECE certification, or an associate/bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field (or equivalent coursework).
• Successful background check and compliance with VA licensing standards.
