Senior Officer, Order to Cash (Thai Speaker)

About the role

The Senior Officer, Order to Cash will ensure efficient order management and support the end‑to‑end cash process for our customers. This position requires strong communication with customers and internal teams, as well as the ability to identify and implement supply‑chain improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain master data and coordinate order processing across multiple functions.
• Capture market intelligence from daily customer interactions and share insights with the business.
• Communicate proactively with customers about product availability, order status, and delivery tracking.
• Support credit management, billing, and accounts receivable follow‑up, including month‑end tax invoicing.
• Handle customer complaints in the Non‑Conformance Management system and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor order placement against sales forecasts and provide status reports.
• Report compliance issues to the Supply Chain Manager and ensure adherence to internal and governmental regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in an international environment, preferably in SCM, sales, or controlling.
• Experience in the chemical industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work cross‑functionally.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with ERP systems, especially SAP.
• Data analytics capabilities.
