SEO/SEM Specialist (Remote, Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven SEO/SEM Specialist to lead both organic and paid search initiatives. Working remotely, you will shape our search strategy, boost visibility, and optimise advertising spend to meet growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, expand keyword lists and optimise on‑page elements for SEO.
• Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing) and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
• Design, launch and optimise PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads, managing budgets for maximum ROI.
• Develop and execute link‑building programmes to increase domain authority.
• Track, analyse and report on SEO and SEM performance using GA4 and other analytics tools.
• Monitor competitor strategies and adjust tactics accordingly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience managing successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors and AI‑driven trends.
• Reliable internet connection with backup to ensure uninterrupted work.
