Prequalified BRCiS Enumerators – Call Center & Field-Based

About the role

The BRCiS programme is building a national roster of pre‑qualified enumerators who can be deployed on an ad‑hoc basis to support monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning (MEAL) activities across Somalia. Enumerators will collect data remotely via a call‑center and directly in the field, helping to ensure high‑quality information for humanitarian interventions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct remote (call‑center) and field‑based data collection for BRCiS projects.
• Participate in mandatory orientation and refresher training before each assignment.
• Apply local knowledge and cultural sensitivity to build trust with respondents.
• Record and transmit data accurately following established protocols.

Required profile

• Residents of the communities served, with strong familiarity with local contexts.
• Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Somali dialects such as Maay, Maxaa Tiri, and Bajuni.
• Recent graduates with motivation to learn or experienced professionals seeking flexible work.
