Work Control Coordinator (Tier 2)

About the role

The Work Control Coordinator (Tier 2) provides functional coordination and support to the Work Control function, ensuring that service and maintenance orders are processed efficiently and completed on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Receive service orders and assign work orders using the MAXIMO system.
• Track work order progress, update service order status, and communicate schedule changes.
• Coordinate assignment of work to maintenance and repair personnel.
• Perform duties of junior positions as needed and provide task‑level guidance to less experienced staff.
• Assist in tracking maintenance cycles, equipment utilization, and inventory of spare parts and materials.
• Support training initiatives and lead work teams when assigned.
• Execute other duties as directed.

Required profile

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four to seven years of related experience in work control, maintenance coordination, or a similar field.
• Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and specialized applications.
• Intermediate English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• Authorization to work in the country of employment.

Required skills

• MAXIMO work‑order management system.
• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
