Food Services Specialist (Tier 4)

About the role

Fluor is seeking a Food Services Specialist (Tier 4) to join its dining operations team. The role involves preparing meals, serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe cafeteria environment while supporting special dining events.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare foods and beverages following established procedures, temperature guidelines, and food safety standards.
• Set up and maintain dining room areas, serving lines, counters, stands, and special event stations.
• Refill consumables, wash and sort dishes, utensils, linens, and equipment.
• Perform general housekeeping in the kitchen, storage, and dining areas.
• Guide less‑experienced staff on task execution when needed.
• Assist with ordering, inventory control, material handling, and training functions.
• Follow applicable regulations such as TB MED 530, OSHA 1910.1200, DoD 1338.10‑M, and MIL‑STD‑3006C.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent (or comparable education/experience).
• Minimum of two years of related food‑service experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English at an intermediate level.
• Authorization to work in the country of employment.
