About the role
The company is seeking a French‑speaking Call Center Agent to join its on‑site team. This full‑time position involves handling both inbound and outbound customer interactions, delivering high‑quality service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and place calls in French, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Provide accurate information, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and resolve problems efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to continuously improve service quality.
Required profile
- Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
- Strong listening, empathy, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Organised, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with computer systems and call‑center technologies.
- Experience using CRM software for tracking customer interactions.
