Community Ambassador – Youth Outreach (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Community Ambassadors to represent Faa’id Development Center and help connect young people in Hargeisa with education, training and scholarship opportunities. Ambassadors will work part‑time in a hybrid setting, promoting programs, engaging youth and supporting community events.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Faa’id’s scholarships, training courses and career‑development programs to students and youth.
• Engage with schools, community groups and local networks to raise awareness of available opportunities.
• Assist in organizing and facilitating workshops, events and other community activities.
• Mobilise participants, expand the centre’s reach and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support communication efforts, including content creation and awareness campaigns.
